The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay.

However, for some reason, thus time we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Thus was VERY well planned for anyone with a wheelchair. Huge bathroom, wheelchair accessible shower, minimal intrusive furniture in the bedroom ( one plastic chair). However, it was a little too "care home " for our liking-and the bathroom was very cold next morning . To be fair though the manager/supervisor on duty took our complaints seriously and offered us our buffet breakfast at no cost as an apology. Excellent customer care. We'll definitely stay here next time as its just so convenient."
