The front desk personnel were stellar. I am horrible about getting names, but our check-in person was quite awesome. Not the greatest part of town, maybe, but we felt safe. The property is comparable to other Quality Inns I have stayed at in different states. The room was clean, the bed and couch were comfortable. There is a Denny's 100 yards from the room, and other walkable options nearby (Carl's Jr., Black Bear Diner) with other restaurants in easy driving distance.

Bed was comfortable and pool area was nice. The breakfast did not look like the online pictures and only had waffles, muffins and cereal. No hot items or toast. We dealt with 3 staff members. One was very nice! The other two were extremely rude. They were very open about the fact that they would have treated us better if we hadn’t used a third party reservation system.

Nice convenient place to stay the night before catching a flight out of Sacramento airport, which is just a short, quick jaunt down I-5. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and LARGE!

I had come in 3 hours later on my flight and was too tired to drive. Got this hotel and the front desk guy was awful and put this old lady on the second floor and didn't tell me they didn't have an elevator. Was approachef by 2 people the next morning before getting to my car, so I left without going into breakfast. Will never stay there again

Found a roach in the bathroom. Walls are dingy and in need of paint. Bathroom tub was dark and dingy. Breakfast was not appetizing. The whole place is old and in need of a remodel.

The room smelled of tobacco. When we went in for the "breakfast" at 7am, no coffee, no milk for cereal, the waffle makings was not mixed. Little choices even for a continental breakfast Very disappointed in this Hotel
