Overall the room was clean - except for the floors. Walking barefoot or in your socks, the bottoms were brown/filthy within minutes. Not sure why the floors are mopped periodically since they are vinyl. Commented while we were there but nothing changed.

Clean, super safe, quiet mostly (there was loud daytime renovation for a few hours a day). Nights were quiet. Well equipped room for basic cooking with a large refrigerator. Balcony was lovely overlooking the ocean with very active whale migration.
