Our host was incredibly welcoming, informative, and attentive from the very beginning. They checked on us when we arrived to make sure we were settled in, asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable, and provided clear checkout instructions that made everything smooth and stress free. They also shared great food spots and activities to check out, which helped us make the most of our trip.We had an amazing stay overall. The home was comfortable and well prepared, and the amenities made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The peaceful atmosphere truly made the trip special. We truly appreciated the thoughtful communication and would gladly stay again!

Hosts were great to work with. Chalet was beautiful and well appointed. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and the game room, but the theater room was the BEST! The kitchen was very big and allowed multiple people to be working in there at the same time. The view was spectacular!

Check in was smooth. One small issue, addressed quickly by owners. Very responsive communication. Outstanding views, nicely decorated, felt very comfy. Beds were very nice. Kitchen was decently equipped.

The house is in a great location with ample parking.The kitchen could’ve used sharper Kenyansore dish towels. Also there was a broken tile noticed in kitchen. Also we saw that someone scratched something under rail on main deck before we arrived.Would rent again. Our guests raved about their command views!

Family Vacation

The cabin was decently clean. Any problems that we had we were able contact the owner and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. The owner is very easy to talk to and communicate with anything. We had a great time at the cabin. The cabin is accurately described. Very beautiful veiws!!! We will absolutely not hesitate to go to the same cabin again in future trips.

This was worth every bit of money spent. Views are amazing. The house is super clean accurate listing. Tim and Tara are the greatest. Had little bumps with coffee maker and fridge but everything was taken care immediately. That type of customer service is above and beyond. Would rent from them with no issue at all. You can't go wrong with this place!! The family absolutely loved every second of it.!!

Relation MAXIMIZED!!

Our family of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids) thoroughly enjoyed the area, the varied activities, but, especially, the property. The 4100 square foot cabin was perfect. The heated, indoor pool, theater room, and game room provided options that made it difficult to leave the cabin. The cabin is ideal and well-suited to facilitate family time/interactions. The dining table was large enough to accommodate our entire group. The spacious kitchen has everything needed to make meal prep enjoyable. The views from the balconies were awesome - we watched the rising of the strawberry moon over the mountain range which was awe-inspiring! We also had up close and personal views of three separate black bears roaming around the resort area. Overall, our vacation in the Smokies was a great, family experience and this cabin rental contributed greatly to AMAZING time.

Beautiful!

Cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed everything from playing pool to watching movies in the theater. Game room ! Indoor private pool, spa! Oh My the bears we saw. It was a perfect getaway for this family. We will stay again.

How Great Thou View

It was everything we hoped for and more. We definitely recommend this property for everyone looking for stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The cabin was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed basketball in the pool while we looked at the stars from the hot tub. And we even got a chance to see a mama bear and her cubs. And what a view!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Not what was expected

Dirty house, broken railing, water leaks so out one bedroom, mold in the theater room and had to sleep on the couch. Also had to purchase hand towels, pot holders and forks since there was none of the towels or pot holders and not enough forks for 13 people. On top of it all someone had gone through our belongings and took some medication. Will never rent this place again.

Dream Vacation

This cabin was incredible! We were able to spend a week with our kids and grandkids. The entire cabin was clean and so spacious! Tons of things to do as a family! The Hosts were amazing! The communication was great. They honestly thought of everything to make sure we had a wonderful stay

Great Smoky Mountain Vacation

Rented this house for a vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house is beautiful, the view is spectacular, and Dollywood exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather the entire week.

Perfect Family Vacation

Clean, quiet with beautiful views

When arrived, we were greeted by a momma bear with her cubs. Property was very clean and spacious. Kids had a blast in the pool almost every day after long hours on the hikes, while adults enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains. House is located far enough from town to enjoy peace and quiet of the mountains, but close enough if you need to run to the store, restaurant, or enjoy local attractions. Last day while packing we encounter momma bear with her cubs again, which was really cool. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
