Everything was super clean upon arrival. Incredibly convenient location to tourist attractions. Indoor pool was a hit for the kiddo, though hot tub is not functional. Very comfortable community and full kitchen is always a win. We are so grateful to have a place that allows our dogs!

We had ants and although I communicated with the host nothing was done about it. When we got there there's was a deal blonde hairs on the stove.

Was very pleased by how clean and well taken care of the property was! We already plan to use these facilities for our next trip to Pidgeon Forge! We also appreciate the pet friendly aspect as well so our fur baby was comfortable and able to enjoy her trip too!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The home was well taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.The layout was great for spending time together, and the beds were super comfortable after long days out. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. We also really appreciated how smooth and easy the check-in process was.One of the best parts was the location — it’s conveniently close to Dollywood, which made getting there quick and stress-free, but still tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.Another huge bonus was that the property is dog-friendly, which made our trip even better since we were able to bring our pup along. It’s not always easy to find such a clean and welcoming place that accommodates pets, so we really appreciated that!Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and pet-friendly place near Dollywood!

We had a really good stay. Location is great and very convenient. So close you can hear a lot of the Dollywood noise, specifically the train. There is a window air unit in the kids room so it is a little noisier in there. We had a noisy neighbor and some renovations on one side that wasn’t ideal but manageable. The unit was nice, only real complaint is we had to make the beds, top sheet was left off all the beds. Location was great as it was close to Dollywood and off the business of the parkway. We would stay again.

We had an “okay” visit overall. There is a bad ant problem that we didn’t realize till our 1st morning and had to throw away nearly 40 worth of doughnuts purchased the night before and we saw small black ants crawling on the counter the entire time. Needless to say everything was kept in the fridge including plates and cups. The bunk beds had the mattress upside down so we had to flip it when it came bed time but overall the beds were comfortable. There are multiple soft spots in the floors that I fill if somebody heavy enough were to walk on them that they may fall thru or at least make the soft spots bigger. All toilets have the wrong size toilet seat and the seats will slide from side to side and will pinch you while sitting on them. The parking, while 1 spot is marked for each rental, the overflow parking if you have more than 1 vehicle in your party is quite a walk to get to your vehicle and is a little inconvenient. Like I said overall it was an okay stay, the location is great and very close to Dollywood, but I dont think we’ll be back.

We attempted to stay at this VRBO. We arrived just after 6pm (2 hours after check in time) and walked in to a house that had not been cleaned AT ALL. There were dirty dishes in the sink trashcans were full, the floor was filthy, beds had been slept in, wet towels, ect. We contacted the host who said they would send the cleaning cre. An hour later we called VRBO to get a refund. We had to scramble to find a hotel at 9:30 at night after being on the phone for almost 3 hours with support. They were able to find us another cabin, but we couldn't check in until 4pm the next day. In the hours that we sat in the parking lot on the support call, the cleaning crew never showed up. I sent the photos and video to the host through VRBO messages, then he requested them to his cell phone, after I sent thwm to his phone he was still bugging me to send them to his email. It was a horrible experience and made our trip incredibly more difficult.

Spare yourself from booking. We booked our stay for Friday through Sunday. The listing advertised an indoor pool available for use. This was the main reason we booked through VRBO for this property due to that specific amenity for our children. We arrived around 4pm Friday and noticed in the welcome message it didn’t mention a passcode to the pool so I messaged the owners asking for a code then they proceed to tell me it was not available for use although the listing stated it was. We then reached back out to them explaining how upset we were by the false advertising and asked for the reservation to be canceled and refunded. After 2 hours we got zero response. We ended up having to contact VRBO ourself and going through over an hour process just to get a refund. During the time we were on the phone with VRBO they reached out to the owners who finally responded back and stated they would only give us 15% refund back. Umm.. no thank you. We further spoke with VRBO and provided them with screenshots of the listing where it stated it was available for use then we sent pictures of the actual pool that was drained and the screenshot of the conversation with the owner. After a 4 hour ordeal VRBO stated the host had 48 hours to refund us or VRBO would provide us a letter to dispute with our bank. The refund is now pending however it’s about 45 short of what we actually paid. Ontop of the false advertising that the owner provided the area was super noisy.
