The property is in a beautiful location next to the waterway that lets you have nice walks and views. But there are a few issues with cleanliness and management. The property was very dirty upon arrival.
Cleanliness Concerns
1) The pull out bed had used sheets with hair and crumbs
2) The bathrooms had to be cleaned before showering
3) The carpet had bright red stains
4) There were moths everywhere
5) There was something that looked like tobacco or poop splatters down the cabinet
6) There were giant art pieces/mirrors missing which left holes and dirty walls exposed.
Parking
1) The property is next to a state park. They close the parking lot and all you are left with is a 25 car lot to try and find a space. They offer a fob to get you into garage parking but if the fob doesn't work (ours didn't) they cannot help you until the next morning when the management lot opens.
Customer Service
They promote 24/7 customer service but what this means is they'll respond to texts 24/7 but not actually resolve your issue. I circled with no place to park for 1 hr and just kept getting told "look a little harder."
