Enjoy quality time on the Gulf-front balcony in the mornings, maybe take a dip in the pool after breakfast, relax by the water's edge all day, and stroll along the shoreline in search of seashells when the tide goes out in the evenings. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 8, including all adults and children. Enjoy the view from the stylishly appointed living room through the sliding glass door or walk outside and feel the wonderful ocean breeze on your face. The living room is comfortably furnished for a fresh, welcoming vibe and equipped with a large television and high-speed internet. NOTICE: This home, along with the entire condo development, is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere onsite. There is a strict rule of 1 parking pass per unit. Overflow parking is available at the PKRM office in the Villagio Town Center

Beginning November 4th we will begin recoating the pool deck. While the pool and pool deck is closed, we will have the gate open between the Ocean Breeze and the Perdido Skye buildings for access to the beach for all. The pool deck itself will be closed and will not be accessible until all of the work is complete. We currently do not have an end date for this project, Please call for further updates.
