City-run overflow lots are $12 per day. (Subject to change without notice). **The City of Panama City Beach currently has three parking lots that are open to the public. The parking lots have parking meters and require a flat rate of $5 per day (subject to change without notice). These lots are located at 11117 Front Beach Road, 9961 Thomas Drive and 600 Henley Circle. Wristbands should be worn at all times while using the common areas. (Available in the unit). Luggage racks are located on the 3rd-floor walkway.

Cleanliness needs improving, some trash under pull out bed and rugs need cleaning. Top bunk was too close to ceiling (low part of ceiling right over bed). Some water damage on ceiling near kitchen (looks like from apartment above). We love the location and the balconies.

We love Seychelles. This unit was not as clean as others in the past. Floors were sandy and the rugs & mats were very dirty. The master shower had mold growing in it.
