Recently updated with tile floors, stainless steel appliances, and elegant coastal décor. Located just west of Rosemary and Alys Beach, this peaceful haven puts you steps from sugar-white sands and emerald waters—your perfect 30A beach getaway awaits!

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This first floor gulf front unit is an exceptional find with a prime location! The exterior features include a large private outdoor deck with direct access to the Mistral beach boardwalk, the sugar white sands and emerald-green waters of Gulf of Mexico. Completely updated, this tastefully appointed condo comes fully furnished with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops in the kitchen.

There is parking in front of the unit for guest use.

Other details to note:

To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. There is a hose in front of the unit to rinse off; please wipe your shoes on the front door mat before entering the condo.

La Dolce Vida is the beach vendor for Mistral, if you want to rent chairs or umbrellas for the beach in advance of your stay.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Beautiful view, direct beach access, and the condo was great, but the floors were filthy, dead roaches around furniture, and grease caked onto the cabinets above the stove. For the price it was a great place to stay, but cleaning could do a better job.

Perfect location!

This unit was perfect for my husband and I to get away. You can walk straight out of your deck and down to the beach. We were close to all of our favorite spots! We will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway spot!

My husband and I stayed here for a kids-free trip and it was delightful! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and meals on the deck overlooking the ocean. Great location!

It says it sleeps 6 people, but there was only room for 4 people. 1 king and 1queen sleeper sofa. It was very nice and we enjoyed having the beach right there. We rented beach chairs and umbrella at the beach where they were set up and torn down for us each day. We ate a lot of our meals on the porch facing the ocean where they had a nice table with 3 chairs. We would highly recommend this cute condo.
