Mother/daughter trip

My daughter and I took the steam train ride in Chama New Mexico and the house in Pagosa was perfect for our stay. Always love coming to Pagosa and have good luck renting homes there.

Went for a mother/daughter get-away and this place was perfect! Stunning space, clean, not far from anything and amazing views! We want to make this trip amd annual thing and will deffinatly try to get this spot again!

The main things needed are DRESSERS in every bedroom, PATIO table and chairs!

Easy as ever, Verbo is what we do for the fact that it is EZ Would do three months a summer there if they fixed 3 things Third thing! TV in each bedroom

House is clean and very well kept. Printed house rules indicate No Pets allowed but that was the reason we booked it due to being pet friendly. Someone needs to update listing. Never able to reach contact person for questions prior to or during stay. We left two days prior to actual check out.

Wonderful property - garage appreciated

Wonderful property and the garage is appreciated, especially in heavy snow. The driveway could use more plowing as we got stuck in the snow banks exiting the driveway. Also the fire alarm was beeping. The batteries need to be changed on this more often to avoid waking people up in the middle of the night. Also need a pizza pan. Apart from that, very cozy, clean, lots of space and everything comfortable and cozy.

Great space, poor support

The house was very nice and updated, but the contact listed had a wrong number still. Communication was difficult. We had to check in an hour late because the housekeeper was still there at 2pm. No snow shovel on premise and the company that was supposed to clear driveway only came once when it snowed for a couple days straight. Wish the manager was more responsive.

Host was completely unavailable.

our stay was based around work and since the host was unavailable through phone, text and email we could not obtain the necessary WIFI information needed to run a laptop or even make a phone call which really messed things up for us. Also the phone number provided is connected to the chamber of commerce who said that no one by the name of Candyce worked there. Made us suspicious of what we had gotten ourselves into and created a very tense stay.
