New Rental! Close To Town, Comfortable, Nicely Decorated

This 3 bedroom, end unit condo is a perfect family getaway. Located in a quiet, smaller townhome complex, you can walk to Village Lake to fish or kayak, or jump on your bikes and ride on the bike paths to shopping or eating.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, with the kitchen, living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has trundle twins direct access to a bathroom and is also set up as a nice office working area. The living room has a gas fireplace, TV, very comfortable and well decorated and has access to a nice covered outside patio. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for the best chef and has access to the laundry room and 2 car garage. Upstairs is another king bedroom, nice views and private bathroom. This home also has Air Conditioning for those summer months.

All trailers, RV's, Campers or other recreation vehicles ("Other Vehicles") must be
approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is non- smoking and does not allow pets.

Perfect Pagosa Property

Loved this condo. Pictures don't do it justice, even better than it looks. It had lots of extras and was very spacious for 4 adults. Very nice and quiet neighborhood with a rec center you can get a guest pass for pool hot tub and workout. Rainbow trout were caught and eaten from the lake in walking distance. Walmart and other amenities a 5 minute drive.
