Irritating

the room was not clean or working right. Had no heat on Saturday morning. Outlets didn't work, 2 burners on stove didn't work. No pool or hot tub and was overall worn and appeared old. Tub was not clean and had no extra toilet paper. Had to wash towels so we could use again. Not impressed at all and the resort property experience was very trying and would not go again. while my friends and I had fun, we did so because we are able to adapt and make things work, but was really disappointed especially at the price I paid for what I did not receive.
