Location is good, safe, convenient, roomy house. Why 3 stars: 1. The thermostat is locked 74 degrees. There are no fans available for sleeping. 2. The beds are made in a European fashion with only a bottom sheet, no top sheet plus warm comforter so when you are hot you’re either without cover at all or a hot comforter. Also, only 4 washcloths, not enough for the allotted guests. 3. The shared bathroom has an exhaust fan that doesn’t work so bathroom is steamy with moldy tub, tile and shower curtain which floats in standing water as the tub drain needs cleaned. The shower rod is held up with a paper towel jammed between the rod and the wall. Paint is peeling from the ceiling due to moisture. 4. We have 2 daughters in Fl and for each to visit they had to pay 20, not at the gate, but go to a guard house and fill out paperwork. One daughter was harassed and disbelieved by staff even after showing the email so they had to call the owner. In total paid 60 in parking fees, which is stated but beware it’s a pain. 5. Lastly, quiet hours for the house are stated 9:30pm, the neighborhood is 11pm. Next door, maybe 20 feet from the thin bedroom walls are the neighbor’s pool and they had a pool party with screaming kids at 10:30 that went until 1am. I texted owner, called guard shack and ended up calling the sheriff’s office. Next night, more kids in the pool I guess after Disney hours. After this stay, I miss hotels.
