The room was clean! Room service was so nice! They cleaned the room well while we were out during the day. Everything is always replenished. Staff were all nice and accommodating. I love all the activities and amenities the resort has. Only thing I would suggest is more times for the shuttle to Disney.

Our first time there as a staycation and we technically live 20 minutes away. Service was impeccable. The rooms were clean. The whole outdoor area of the bars, pool, and beach or pristine. The staff at all the restaurants were amazing. Food was fantastic. Custom cocktails at Cieba were out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway./we’re out of this world. This is a fantastic getaway/staycation. Worth every penny.

First and surely not last stay at this resort! Everything was very clean and staff was very attentive. Food and drinks are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The daily fees are worth it for everything you get such as paddle board and kayak rental. Having a pool and beach option is insane for being in Florida. You would never know your in Orlando. The only thing i recommend for the hotel to add is mini fridges in the rooms and somewhere to grab a snack any hour of the night. Honestly won’t be staying anywhere else in Orlando.
