"Helpful and friendly staff. Room wasn’t really what was on the listing— a lot older than depicted and some things were kind of falling apart. Felt clean though."

"Hotel is very nice and clean, this is the second time we have stayed here. Convenient for walking to Nationwide arena for a hockey game. Rooftop bar is amazing but a little expensive, which is to be expected. Would have given 5 stars but a couple small things bothered us while we stayed here. Our room had an odd wood fire smoke smell that started around 3:30pm that lasted till the middle of the night. I did check with the front desk to make sure nothing was wrong and was told it was “because of the rooftop bar starting up their grills and the smell travels through the vents”?! Other than that, the parking garage was very convenient but also pricy at $43 per day. Overall not a bad experience."

"The lower bed was great to sit on and sleep on---very comfortable!! Although I did not have the opportunity to be acquainted with the roommates, nonetheless, they were both courteous and respectful. The room was slightly chilly---certainly Autumnal---the room was very comfortable and clean, and the room was not stuffy at all. A very restful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a Bagel and Weetabix frosted cereal and lovely cold Peach Punch. It really filled the spot!! I enjoyed watching the colour TV with remote capabilities. The choice of Disney+ offerings was outstanding. The sofa was very comfortable in the main living room, and the plenty of electrical outlets helped me immensely with re-charging my flips. In essence, it was a very good stay with plenty of positive attributes to the property..."
