Just a short stroll away to beautiful parks, playgrounds, great restaurants, European Bakery, nice shops, art galleries, live music, outdoor concerts and festivals. The renowned Engeman Broadway caliber Theatre. Weekly Farmers markets. 2 Local Breweries. Del Fino Winery and Museums including the Vanderbilt Estate with a fun Planetarium within 15 minutes. “The Paramount” A Live Nation entertainment Music Comedy & boxing venue and 2 fantastic public Golf courses are a short drive away. “Seaside Cottage” is conveniently located an hour from NYC and the East End of Long Island. 30 minutes to South Shore beaches.
