The staff could not do enough to help, we felt very welcome, the room was fantastic (although we did have a view of a chainlink fence and a wall) the Onsen was great, the breakfast was great and the location couldn't have been better!

Modern, clean hotel and very well located for Kyoto sightseeing and access to public transit. The breakfast buffet was high quality, and staff were helpful and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well located. Just around the corner from train station with good eateries nearby and many sites within walking distance or a train/bus ride away. Rooms are generously sized for Japan standards (didn't feel like a closet). We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto.
