Great room and wonderful staff for check in check out and as needed assistance Lobby bathroom was filthy every time we attempted to use. Ended up just going all the way up to our room. Breakfast selection was wonderful, but the food was not refilled in a timely manner. Most dishes were left empty for 5 minutes or more at a time.

Daily sake on the house - ask front desk for coin 24 hr coffee or tea available Subway connection and front door taxi or uber availability. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Near Nishiki market and Geisha district. Pokémon and Nintendo stores in walking distance. Overwhelmingly surrounded by high end boutique and factory stores (Rolex immediately next door). Side walk covered, well lit, and plays music. Beat our expectations

We stayed here for 4 nights, the longest stay of our trip, and im glad we did. The hotel is conveniently located, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! We also did laundry which was easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!
