Whilst locared on a busy road, our room (on 8th floor) was quiet and very spacious. Nice residents' lounge, where you could get free drinks and snacks. Staff lovely and very helpful. No evening restaurant unfortunately but many not far away (although best to book or you probably have to queue...or not get in).

We loved our stay at Royal Park Hotel Iconic! We were so comfortable here after coming from Tokyo, we didn’t want to leave. The daily snacks and beverages lounge is a wonderful perk. The staff were all fantastic! We would definitely stay here again if ever back in Kyoto!

This was our second stay at the Royal Park Hotel Iconic Kyoto, and we absolutely love this place. Tons of stuff within walking distance, and Karasuma-Oike station is about 100 yards from the front door. We plan on coming back. Cheers

If I’m ever back in Kyoto I will be booking this hotel. The light snacks and drinks in the afternoon were perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. There are so many good restaurants near by.
