My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this property for our wedding anniversary/belated honeymoon. The moment we stepped in we felt so welcome. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff were so kind and helpful. Truly a super nice experience they even gifted us a handmade Japanese gift which we were so grateful for and will hold on for memories. The rooms were beautiful! Spacious and super clean. The bathroom was my favorite specially after a long day. The location was just perfect! We also enjoyed the lounge to sit back and relax. I have to say the staff did a phenomenal job with keeping everything perfect. I will definitely be coming back with friends so that they can experience how wonderful this hotel is. To the staff I want to thank you for being so attentive and kind, you are the highlight of our stay. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed, thank you so much!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The attention to detail in the room was outstanding, from the fabric freshener to the skincare kit and air purifier. The amenities were excellent, and the room itself was spacious, cozy, and filled with natural light. We also had access to the lounge and loved their afternoon tea and cakes. A couple of practical notes: the sound insulation is great at night, but light sleepers may hear some traffic in the early morning. I’d also suggest bringing a sleep mask if small lights bother you, as the fire alarm and bedside outlets glow up quite strongly. Overall, the stay was fantastic, the public bath was spotless and relaxing, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well situated and clean but the staff barely speaks English. We had an issue with our room and we had tremendous difficulty communicating with them in order to rectify the situation. As well, this is not the fault of the hotel, but rather an Expedia issue which was misleading in its hotel description. It did say “no view” but it did not specify “no window”.

Well located hotel to get around from and very close to the subway. Appreciated the private lounge facility and the only hotel on our trip to Japan that offered gluten-free bread and clearly and outwardly displayed that they understood allergens.
