I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed. The carpet in my room had a strong unpleasant smell, and everything inside felt old and poorly maintained. The room did not feel clean or comfortable, and it was hard to relax during my stay. For the price, I expected much better quality and care. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made

The hotel is very conveniently located within the main train station. Not at all noisy though. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff at check in were very efficient. Check-in and check-out is super quick and easy even though there were morning queues being a convention hotel. Would definitely recommend if staying in Kyoto and want to get around the city.

This was my favorite stay in Japan. We stayed on the 12th floor with the most picturesque view of Tokyo tower. The amenities were perfect and the location was perfect as it is located in the Kyoto station. Highly recommend. The staff was also amazing.

It’s an excellent hotel. Their service was very helpful and excellent quality. The room facilities are a little bit old, for example; limited plugs and traditional water systems.

Modern & clean building, helpful and friendly staff. The best location. Central to everything. Have to pay 1000 yen for the pool, spa, & sauna but worth every penny. Would have stayed longer in this hotel if I knew how great this place was.
