Need more washing machine. We experience about 1 hour blackout on our last day in the middle of night. Emergency light is activated during blakcout so it is not totally pitched black. Staff were awesome very attentive and helpful. They tried very hard at communicating in English and were quite good. Love the location close to pontocho eateries and many hidden gems. Walkable to the main shopping centers. Rooms are moderate size compare to shoe boxes I've seen and the hotel is modern and well equipped. A decent surprised was the morning light breakfast that was included and provided some morning coffee and pasteries.

コンパクトながら使い勝手が良く、いいお部屋でした。 寒い季節にゆっくり浸かれるバスタブがあったのが特に良かったです。 受付の方も親切で、ロビーでの無料コーヒーのサービスや、軽朝食、荷物の預かりサービスも大変助かりました。 ただ、廊下を人が行き来すると音や声が聞こえてくるのだけ気になりました。
