Hotel had a convenient location, many places to shop and eat nearby. Easy enough to get to other places as it was in station, but station is like a maze. In comparison to other hotel- the staff is not as helpful or friendly. Not much help with luggage forwarding, no one to greet you or ask if you need anything. However rooms were clean and amenities good.

Amazing experince, cannot recommend more.

This was an amazing experience we had in this hotel. Everything spotless, staff members very helpful and smiling all the time. Room spaciois, bed very comfortable, bathroom amazing. Location great, got off our shinkanzen train, the hotel is on the ground floor of the station (in Japan 1F); just follow Kintetsu line signs. Should we return back, this hotel will be our choice, cannot recommend more. All hotel rooms face the platforms, we were at the shinkansen platform and for me as a train enthusiast I could not wish for more. Although rooms are facing the platforms, you do not hear anything at all.
