Very clean room, 10 mins walk to transport but not directly to Kyoto, close to shopping district and very efficient check in and out. Provides water bottles every day would be a bonus and improves coffee quality at breakfast would be great.

This hotel was great! The staff is very friendly and you are able to check in and out at a kiosk. They provide luggage storage if you arrive early and will have it waiting in your room for you. The bed was very comfortable! We booked a premium room and it came with pajamas, slippers, bubble bath, face masks, and a skin care set - it was all great quality!

On my trip, this was the best hotel we stayed in by far. It had everything, the building was beautiful, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The area was superb, it had transport nearby, it had tons of restaurants, tons of shops for shopping. Great views also. I would recommend this hotel to everybody visiting Kyoto.
