"The lobby and public areas are nice, clean and bright. Guests can get drinks like different kinds of tea, coffee or match drinks at the lounge which is nice. The room itself is very dark since there are not enough lights. Outside light is also limited since it’s facing another building very closely. No view at all for our room. Also there’s only recycle slippers which I am not comfortable with using. One important thing is to be aware of your surroundings for pick pockets in the neighborhood. My husband went to Familymart near the hotel one night and found out his backpack zippers were all opened when he was back to the hotel. He recalled there were many Indians around crowding him at the time and realize why the cashier was looking at him in a weird way. The cashier didn’t say anything but my husband thinks the cashier saw something. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. So be aware even Japan used to be a safe place."

"Very busy hotel but modern, clean and in a good location. Staff were helpful and welcoming. My only issue is with the laundry machine, there’s only 6 machines for a hotel with so many rooms and it’s constantly busy, would recommend to add more laundry machines."
