Amazing experience! Onsens were great, service was wonderful, they provided 2 stickers to cover tattoos per person to participate in onsen. We were able to get more from the pharmacy across the road. Great amenities. Very comfortable and a good size room for our family of four.

This was such a fun property to stay at and experience a glimpse of Japan culture! With the onsen, huge selection of food at the breakfast buffet, massage chairs, free late night ramen, and ice cream - its a must experience! The only downside is the amount of tourists, which also makes sense because of all the recent influencer videos the hotel has gone viral worldwide. The hotel is very very busy, all day and night with guests. It is not a hotel that's calm and quiet. There's a queue for the breakfast buffet,

I felt so comfortable and there have many different styles hot springs. Also the operation is long very day. They provide Ramen and ice cream for all the customers after having hot springs.
