Great House in Decent Neighborhood
We loved this unique house! We found it clean and in good repair, and it had all the things we needed. It's on the edge of the gentrified Garden District; the immediate streetscape is a little tired, but we never felt unsafe and it's an easy walk to a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Also walkable to the French Quarter, WW2 Museum, Mardi Gras World, and the beautiful homes in the Garden District.Parking is tight if you have a big car, but parking on the street right in front of the house works fine.Communication was ok, mostly automated messages (but we also didn't ask for much). Overall a great and safe place to stay while visiting NO and seeing the sights!

Plenty of space
Comfortable accommodation, easy access to street car to explore French Quarter and Garden District. Although eating out often, the kitchen needs a few more pans. Shaded back patio great for eating Al fresco.

Great place
It was a lovely place, close enough to everything. I liked that we did not need to bring basic things like paper towels and toilet paper. I do wish checkout was a bit later for those that don't have an early flight. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely Home near Garden District
We enjoyed our stay in this home. It has a lovely historic feeling with high ceilings, pretty central staircase, and charming outside garden area. It was also nice to have a fully appointed kitchen and large washer/dryer. The property management and owner responded very quickly to answer questions and make us feel welcome. I highly recommend.

Great House
We get a house every year at Christmas in NOLA and this was among the best. Very spacious and beautiful back yard. I was worried the neighborhood would not be great but I was wrong! Great location near St Charles. We walked our dog at night and felt totally safe.

Charming New Orleans Home
The home is clean and large. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of bedding. The bathrooms were clean with deep tub/showers. The backyard patio was a great place to have morning coffee/tea before starting your day taking in New Orleans. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House, close to everything!
We loved this big, old home! There was plenty of space for our group of three couples. The neighborhood used to be a little rough, but efforts have obviously been made to clean it up and we never felt unsafe walking to and from our various destinations. Super close to the Garden district and also only a 20 min walk to the heart of the French Quarter (if you are walking- also a quick uber or streetcar ride as well). I would definitely stay her again. The owners were communicative and check-in was a breeze.

Quirky & Fun in NOLA
We enjoyed the property very much - had everything we needed, very walkable to French Quarter, Warehouse district, Superdome, cemeteries, Garden district. Just 2 blocks from the trolley. Loved the furnishings and decor! We did have initial problem with the lockbox, but that was solved with a quick phone call. Hot water heater was a problem one morning, but property manager got right on it and was working great same day. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful space!
The house has a ton of character. There were ram's heads on the top & bottom of the banister & a freaking gargoyle on the upstairs balcony. The stove is different from the pictures - it's probably a $5k stove. I wish we'd stayed long enough to cook a meal! There were thoughtful touches throughout. I appreciated the white noise machines in each bedroom & hooks everywhere! There's shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in both bath tubs & hand soap in both bathrooms. The only things that I see in hotels that weren't there are tissues, lotion, & bar soap, but no complaints. I appreciated that there was plenty of coffee. I loved all the wallpaper choices. We would stay there again. It's 2 blocks to the St. Charles streetcar, & maybe 6 blocks to both Wendy's and Popeyes, & The Avenue Pub, one of my favorite places in NOLA. It was maybe 8 blocks to the Ponchetrain Hotel.
There was a fingernail on the bathroom counter when we checked in, so maybe that space didn't get properly cleaned. It's 2 blocks to a major homeless camp, which I knew when I booked. We talked to a few unhoused folks walking to Popeyes. I'd like to see a grab bar in the upstairs bath for the 2' drop into the tub. The plug for the white noise machine was sticky-washed my hands after touching that & throwing away the fingernail & it was all good. It seemed clean otherwise. Designed for tall people-short Aunt had trouble reaching stuff, had to use 1st floor bath. AC might be iffy when hot. Checkout rules were reasonable.

Fun Trip to New Orleans
Super charming home with all the historic touches. We took a couple family photos inside because it was so cute. Great space for our family to spread out.
We have never been to New Orleans and this house is a great spot between a trolley line and a bus stop. Definitely saved the headache of figuring out parking in the various districts.
Super clean, you can tell the management company has great standards.
When we needed to reach someone responses were so quick.
Would definitely recommend!
