Mixed review. Pros include location, pool, balcony and garage parking. Restaurant on site with good food options. Cons - our air conditioner didnt work the best. Elevator made a lot of noise and buttons did not light up appropriately. Rooms kind of small and bathroom small. However, room was clean. I wpyld stay here again

I liked everything except when we first got to the room, it was damp from the balcony door being left open. I tried calling the front desk but the phone was broken, so I walked down, got switched to another room which was nice and dry, tried to use THAT phone for something else… it was broken. Then I started to notice the old broken things and the horrible wiring everywhere, as well as the dirtiness. Just look for yourselves. I mean really look. Also, the restroom soap tray has a glob of soap scum which the housekeepers missed. Yuckarooni.

Everyone is super nice, the only thing I found weird my room didn’t have a safe. But other than that the staff is super friendly, the restaurant have really good drinks n their chicken wings are super good. Josh is amazing. I will definitely stay here again

Short walk to French Quarter. Rooms are run down. Beds need new mattresses and bedding. Air not working in first room. Changed to another room with a peeling toilet seat and a tub that wouldn't drain.

As a first time guest in New Orleans, this was exactly what i was hoping for. Very old Hotel but offering excellent service. Housekeeping does not frequent your room unless asked for, but the minute you ask, within seconds they were there to fix or offer whatever we needed. It was calm and quiet, but close enough to Burbon that we could still enjoy the "nightlife". I fell in love the minute we stepped foot on property and would recommend anyone looking for N.O. charm to book your stay here.
