This charming three bedroom cottage is the main house on the property, and just a couple blocks from the French Quarter. You will enjoy a large dining room and living area with a newly renovated fully functioning kitchen, well equipped with everything you might need. The cottage has 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 bathrooms with a bonus area that includes a single bed and desk area. This house is truly a gem with original Sicilian details and antique furniture.

This house has access to both courtyards as well as the hot tub.

Our boutique New Orleans Inn is located in the heart of New Orleans' historic Faubourg Marigny, adjacent to the French Quarter, 4 blocks to the Historic French Market, an easy walk to Bourbon Street, and three blocks from the Frenchmen Street jazz clubs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the melting pot of culture that makes New Orleans such a vibrant and exciting place to visit.

Location was absolutely amazing - Frenchman St. is about a 5 min walk and Bourbon St/the greater French Quarter is 15/20min walk max. Hot tub was great as well. One small disclaimer is that it is shared across two other units on the property but that was never an issue and the spa rules were very clear. The cottage itself was great. I had a party of 5 and each of us remarked on how beautiful it was. All the beds are incredibly comfortable and it has an incredible amount of charm overall. Last but not least, Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and flexible.

We loved our stay here! The host was communicative, clear, and flexible.The courtyards were beautiful and added an additional feeling of security. We had 5 adults in this rental and it was perfect for us with ample privacy and bathrooms, the space could easily accommodate more. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds in this rental were super comfortable. Coffee shops, restaurants, and Frenchman street are all easily walkable from this property. It was a great place to come back to after long days and nights out on the town. Thank you so much for hosting us! We would recommend this rental to anyone looking! What a unique place!

Perfect Location

Our family stayed in Marigny for a wedding. This location was perfect! It was walking distance from the venue, Frenchman St., a wine shop. Breakfast restaurant was right across the street. It was very quiet & the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything needed. Easy communication with host. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, lovely property! Great location for a group of friends looking for a weekend change of scenery. The neighborhood was easily walkable and had everything needed. Oasis of Respite to Recharge and Rejuvenate

The cottage and property in the carriage house were lovely and well-appointed with amenities. We found the house quiet, comfortable, and relaxing -- particularly after long walks around the French Quarter and celebrating our friends on Bourbon Street and beyond. We enjoyed having morning coffee and cortados from the Pond coffee shop a few blocks away in the courtyard while we planned our day of food and adventure. We walked everywhere - and the property is close enough to get to anywhere you need to be. Jennifer was amazing and very helpful and communicative over text. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in New Orleans.

Quiet and spacious

Everything as it should be. Nice quiet neighborhood with ample local restaurants. Showers can be tight for bigger people but the property is spacious and let’s bigger groups spread out.

Amazing Winter Getaway

We had an incredible winter getaway at this property. Everything was clean and the decor was very “New Orleans”. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with equipment and snacks. Location walkable to French Quarter and beyond. We couldn’t use the hot tub, sadly, due to an usual deep freeze just prior to our arrival but the host was very responsive and helpful and we were credited as a result. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic Cottage!

6 adults spent 4 nights here. Cottage was clean and spacious and, as advertised, charming and close to the French Quarter. Jennifer was great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Hot tub was used every night! The outside spaces were quiet, clean and nicely decorated. Great breakfast place (Horn's) half a block away. Will definately stay here again.

This sweet little cottage in Marigny was perfect - just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but with plenty in walking distance to do and easy access to downtown. Jennifer assisted us with our stay and was so responsive, friendly, and helpful with whatever we needed. Would absolutely stay here again in he future!

Deeeelightfully Cozy and Great Location

An absolute gem of a place to stay at. We had the 3bd big house. Everywhere you looked, there was beauty to behold. An absolute delight of place. Location is second to none. Close enough to Frenchman and Frech Quarter to get there in a quick walk, but far enough away you can sleep at night. Will return!
