Majestic Lofts #402, located at 209 Printers Alley, offers old world charm and modern luxurious conveniences. 

Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 300 sq ft New Orleans style balcony overlooking Historic Printers Alley. You can relax in one of the rocking chairs or enjoy a drink or meal on your private outdoor bistro table all the while taking in the vibrant ambience. Each bedroom is a suite with a KING bed, private full bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City.  Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

A gem of a rental!!

This rental is worth every cent. Believe me - you dont want to mess with Ubers - stay here and just walk everywhere you want to go! And the unit is beautiful- fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. The host is extremely responsive and has thought of everything to make your stay the best it can be. I will for sure book with Majestic Lofts next visit to Nashville!

This loft in Printers Alley was the perfect place to stay in Nashville. It was close to Broadway and great restaurants. The unit was really clean and comfortable. The host even made sure there were snacks and charger cables for us. I’ve never seen that before but both came in handy. Great stay!

Great apartment in perfect location!

The property was in a perfect location. It was clean, nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. The only critique I have is that there's very little closet and no drawer space, which made living out of a suitcase a necessity. I would have loved to have a dresser or maybe an armoire of some sort in our bedroom. However, it would not prevent me from staying here again. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed at the Majestic Lofts in Printers Alley for 3 nights and it was a great location. Walking distance to everywhere! No need for a car. Space was clean and accommodating. Dawson was very responsive and gave us very easy check in and out instructions. We enjoyed the snacks that were provided and the bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary and my husbands birthday. The loft is above entertainment venues on Printers Ally but the noise was minimal. It was also so nice to sit on the patio and listen to music and people watch. Would recommend this for anyone wanting a great stay with a great location.

Majestic Loft 402

Great location. The loft is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The patio is great for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. The bussle on Printers Alley is quickly quieted when we retreated to our rooms. Briadway is an easy walk. Communication with the host was outstanding. Parking at the courthouse was convenient at a quick walk to the loft. If you are looking for a place for a group to share....Majestic 402 is highly recommended.

Definitely recommend for your trip to Nashville!

This loft completely exceeded all expectations. We absolutely loved the location - within walking distance to everything, including Broadway, so we only had to Uber to and from the airport. The loft itself was beautiful and so clean. The host was extremely accommodating when we arrived early and responsive from the time we booked our stay up until we left. We will definitely stay here whenever we make our way back to Nashville!!

Beautiful and Perfect Location

What a hidden gem the Majestic Lofts are! We were massively impressed with the location of the lofts. Right in Painter's Alley, above live music and across the street from our favorite location, Bourbon Blues and Boogie Bar and yet only 0.4 miles from Broadway and all that craziness. The loft was spacious and clean. The hosts thought of everything including plenty of dishes, toiletries like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathtub/showers, phone chargers, towels and paper towels, ROKU TV on multiple tv's, etc... the list could go on and on but it appears they thought of EVERYTHING you could need. The bedrooms are all located at the back of the loft which creates quietness, even though you are literally on TOP of bars and live music. You can't hear anything in the bedrooms. The patio is amazing for hanging out and listening to the activity below. We absolutely LOVED this loft. Our guests (two other couples) really enjoyed the location as well and commented multiple times at how much they loved the location. Thank you Dawson and team for providing such a terrific experience.

Family Getaway

Our family had a fabulous stay at the Majestic Lofts! We loved the location right in historic Printer’s Alley where there was a great nightlife vibe just outside the loft but did not at all impact the quiet inside the unit. Brilliantly soundproofed! We were a quick 5 min walk to the famous Broadway Honky Tonk strip and to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores for kitchen provisions although Dawson and his team had already stocked our kitchen with the essentials of coffee,cream, sugar etc and fun treats waiting at the door for us! This place is immaculate. It is one of the cleanest places that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in while on vacation. Access was very simple and convenient and Dawson was always responsive within a few minutes for anything that we needed or to answer any questions we had about the neighbourhood. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our group and each ensuite was provisioned with toiletries, enough for our stay. The beds were super comfortable :) We cannot wait to return to Nashville and when we do, we will definitely be booking with Majestic Lofts again. Thanks Dawson!

What a great place. First of all the host was more than accommodating. Second, the condo was immaculate! But best of all was the location. Right above Printers Alley. We will book again for our next stay. Walking distance to everything we needed. Perfect for groups. All the little things were thought of for us and we had everything we needed from coffee creamers to charger cords. Communication was always fast and friendly. Location was perfect.
