The house was perfect for our stay. The house is in very good condition, had everything we needed. The views from the porch were wonderful, you could see all the lights from downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend staying here, the only problem we had was the stairs from the street had no banister, it was tough going up the stairs especially with suitcases. Close to markets and restaurants that weren't as busy as downtown.

The house was great! It was very clean and the location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and it's close to Broadway. We really enjoyed the view of the downtown from the second floor porch. The hosts had a folder full of good information about Nashville. We would definitely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in East Nashville! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and we loved the back yard space. We loved our stay in East Nashville, in the "the blue house"! The listing is exactly as described and better than imagined. Location was great with plenty to eat and drink within walking distance and Ubers were quick for longer jaunts. Hosts were fantastic and communicated well, especially helpful with a blunder on made upon booking. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice property. The house had all the amenities needed, other than paper towels. The main level has a half bath, kitchen and living room. The upstairs had all of the bedrooms including the master. Overall happy with the stay and the hosts were great!

Great house for friends!

We loved our stay in this house! The location is great - close to downtown, but away from the noise. We had 3 couples meet for a reunion and the house was perfect for us! We missed the towels in the bathroom (behind the door) and got a response very quickly to where all the towels were kept. Nice view of downtown, especially from the master bedroom. We didn’t cook much on this trip, but the kitchen seemed to be stocked well enough at least for the basics. The only thing that wasn’t as described is this house was filtered with a hot tub as a feature - I didn’t see one in any of the pics but once we got there we realized wit why - there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Wasn’t a big deal for this trip, but thought it was worth mentioning. We’d definitely recommend to others and stay there again!
