Great continental breakfast experience with always-available coffee bar. Very clean. Check-in staff wasn’t extremely attentive (talking to each other instead of directly addressing us when we walked in - after finally addressing us and the check-in process began, still carrying on conversation with each other making it take slightly longer - we were in a hurry to check in and make our dinner reservation). Overall, very pleased with experience.

Convenient for shopping. Suite with kitchenette was great. Breakfast was excellent on weekend, ok during the week.

Please understand that our complaints are not about staff,cleanliness, or property! We will never stay at one of your hotels again-charging $150.00 for a small pet for one night is robbery! I could understand $50.00 for one night, and be more than happy to pay it, but when we r charged more for the pets stay than our own, there’s a problem with Residence Inn! Thank you!
