The hotel was good but we had issues with the TV and coffee maker. The TV would have the sound and picture cut out and it would e very difficult to remedy. The coffee maker worked once but not again. Also the coffee supplied was not enough for 2 people for 3 days.

Solid stay although I wish they had daily housekeeping service. Having said that, it was easy enough to flag down a housekeeper for fresh towels and coffee pods.

Arrived on a Tuesday at 8 pm with my daughter and her friend. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was wonderful throughout whole stay. Was surprised there was no pool considering there was one shown on the Expedia website. Got parking through Spot Hero. The rooms were beautiful. We thought it was a brand new hotel. Walked around 1 mile to Broadway bars and the Gulch area. If want to Uber, was $8-9 each way all day and night. We did fine at the Rux restaurant on the rooftop. Beautiful views of Nashville and the sunset. Food and drinks were good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay in less than 30mins of booking because of unforeseen circumstances. The booking stated fully refundable by 5/26. This hotel, despite this disclosure, refused to refund my money. I called, spoke with the manager, and he stated, I'm not refunding it. My bank refunded my account because I provided them with evidence. I would not recommend doing business with this hotel. False advertising. See photo proof attached.

Management is pretty terrible. I’m kind of place doesn’t have butter or hot sauce for breakfast dining?!?? Not in a walkable area at all. Fantastic gym, stylish, comfortable rooms, and a couple of good staff members were the only saving grace
