Fun with friends

We had a blast. Location was great. The condo was clean for the most part. Walls and doors knob areas were dirty. Disappointed that the lazy river was not included in our stay. Condo was close to food and shopping. Would rent again.

Great family spot

Check in was frustrating, and people onsite couldn't help. No parking instirctions or passes available for over 24 hrs. Lacking in basic kitchen supplies, no soap in bathrooms and kitchen. Only provided with miserly amount of toilet paper. No papertowels or napkins.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The room was disgusting and it was severe maintenance issues. The sliding door handle and the closet was broken. The furniture it’s beat up and is in need of replacing and the box spring had disgusting brown stains. I expressed concerns to the host and they did not make an attempt to repair any of the maintenance issues and was delayed in even responding at all. The only compensation I received was late check out. I asked on numerous occasions for a refund because the place was honestly unlivable and repeatedly got ignored. They refuse to answer the phone and only text occasionally. This was the worst experience I have ever gone through on vacation. Please do not fall for this scam the pictures advertised are a complete lie.
