Do Not Stay Here!Property manager company were not responsive AT ALL!But on the last day they sure did answer when we wanted to pay for late checkout. When I did get them on the phone, I asked if they saw all the many messages and issues I submitted and they said they didn’t see anything. I wasn’t going to spend all of my vacation time running around and submitting issues and following up. But I will be now, and I have plenty of screen shots and photos for them. * Upon arrival, the door was propped open with their security chain/bar. Every patio door was unlocked. Anyone could have gotten in. My husband had to search the place before he would let us enter. I called the property management company number immediately and got their AI which said the issue was escalated. We never heard from them!*The patio door in the master bedroom wouldn’t lock! I messaged them. Never heard back. * All the vertical blinds had so many missing blinds/sections throughout, so there was NO privacy. I tried using a chair to keep some covering the huge gaps* One door frame crack was held together with a piece of duct tape.* AC vents were covered with mold. * A lamp shade kept falling off bc they used duct tape to secure it. * The hairdryers started smoking when we tried to use them* Shower drains were clogged* Some outlets were caved in and others wouldn’t hold a plug in it.* No soap in the kitchen. *No water pressure in master bath sink
