WOW! Usually the pictures don't do a place justice, but these pics of the actual property must be 30 years old! The actual unit had been poorly upgraded workmanship wise, but appearance inside unit, not looking too closely was just ok! the Management company was easy to deal with was our only upside! The property alone was just disgusting! OLD, UNKEPT, DIRTY & JUST GROSS. The pool was filthy with tiles that looked half ass repaired. The neighborhood was sketchy and the repairs going on at the pier right outside our window were a total eyesore. The bathroom remodel with jacuzzi tub was chipping off and the curtains in both rooms had tiny holes in them letting light thru every morning. All I have to say is "If you have excessively low standards - you won't be disappointed!" While we were there - a friend texted and asked how the heck did we book a stay at the Redneck Riviera? Apparently, being our first time to Myrtle Beach, we didn't know we should have stayed in NORTH MYRTLE BEACH!!!! We did drive the 25 mins to Dinner on our Anniversary and ate at nice steak place. Drove next day to Cherry grove public beach and ate at Buoys Oster Bar. Will NEVER STAY around Boardwalk area again or Boardwalk hotel. Yuck - Just Yuck!

Beware-property, management, and condo are terrible to deal with

Upon arrival, the property is in aweful condition, with trash piling up and overall grimey appearance of the pool and elevator area. We then headed to the room where the lock to the unit does not securely shut the door, the door has at the very least a quarter inch of movement when shut. The room itself was in terrible condition with large gaps in the floor, cracked drywall, and terrible overall cleanliness. We would not even spend the night in the room. Upon calling the manager about our concerns, we were told someone would come address our issues and nobody ever came or notified us of the issues being addressed. I have continued to try and resolve this with management since and were are now 3 months since the booking and still no resolution along with management ignoring my calls and messages in attempt to resolve. I would steer clear of this property and any that “staymareni” manage. They are very unprofessional and do not stand behind the property.

Perfect Place!

This was an amazing place. The view was spectacular. With the living room and kitchen and bedroom, it feels like home away from home. The place was clean and we enjoyed the large shower. There are a lot of restaurants and activities just within walking distance, so that cut down on our driving. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Family suite with privacy !

Stayed in this location previously through another rental company,,It has great views of ocean in the back and a clear view all the way to Broadway At The Beach in the front wich is perfect for the firework shows...Less than a block from the entrance of the boardwalk that stretches all the way past the skywheel...Room was perfect for the 4 of us..Parents have private room and bathroom while kids had the murphy bed and sleeper sofa...Room was very clean and the floor was not all sandy...Loved the old school ice trays...Plenty of towels and TP provided...My only complaints would be the AC and the master bed...The room is on the East end so it gets all the morning and midday sunshine,,even with all the curtains closed it didn't cool very well...I'd suggest bringing 2 small table fans...The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and could use a nice thick topper...Overall great stay !

Fabulous view!

I was a little nervous since this was the first VRBO I arranged on my own. It turned out perfectly--the place was clean, well stocked, easy access, beautiful view and sufficient communication from the property manager. Very pleased with the experience!
