It’s a very pet friendly hotel. The environment is very good and there are many restaurants around here. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel was great, the pool area was a little crowded the chairs were very close to each other. The resort fee included the chairs and umbrellas at the pool not at the beach. The rooms were very clean! Breakfast was amazing!

It's a beautiful hotel right on the water. The only thing I didn't like was I got up in the morning. I went downstairs. There was no coffee, stayed at lot of hotels and complimentary cup of coffee in the morning. I pay good money to stay there. I Have to wait for the coffee shop open up.

Overall not satisfied with this property. We had a very expensive rate and the service and amenities provided were extremely poor. The hotel was over crowded, there was limited service, we did not have housekeeping despite requesting it, and everything was an additional charge. For the price we paid we should have stayed at the Four Seasons - the service and amenities would have been way way better.
