The residence was a short walk from Paddington station and Kensington gardens. The residence itself was small (as to be expected in London) but manageable for 3 adults. Absolutely gorgeous and modern feeling.

Everything about the property and the location was wonderful. The staff varied. There was a man who was really nice, but when our tv was not working, the woman I talked to said it was normal. The tv was fixed a few days later. Basically everything was good and I would definitely stay again but the phone number for the front desk, after hours transferred to some kind of office where the people answering did not seem to know anything about the property itself - how or when yo enter etc. This made the process of putting our bags inside before check in very confusing.

We arrived at 9:15 pm, but there was no clear sign, no reception and nobody answered the door. A gentleman who was also a guest told us that we’re in the correct address and we need to have codes for entrance. I wasn’t familiar with this kind of of situation and neither was the security guard of the building. When I called and talked to the security, he was insisting that I should have received an email, but anyhow, after waiting on the stairs, he came and checked my passport and gave us the code. The day after, we learned that the information was sent through Expedia as a message, not as an email. The suit wasn’t looking like its photo. It was a super small suite. No coffee machine was available.

Kitchenette was well equipped. There’s a large Waitrose nearby 6 min walk that has many choices. Some clearer instructions on garbage sorting and perhaps kitchen waste bags would be welcome.

This unit was very small and not worth the price, there is zero to no counter space. The bed was hard as a rock and the couch bed may have well been a park bench. It was also very hard and uncomfortable. For the price they should at least offer some waters or snacks. You are better off staying at a hotel down the street.

The property is conveniently located near Paddington Station and has everything you could ask for during a one-week stay in the city. It is tidy, clean, and well-maintained. I’d definitely come back!

modern, renovated, clean, best use of the space, comfortable bed (even the sofa bed!), housekeepers can help with anything you need (more supplies, etc), and laundry was a big plus...and security into the property was easy and effective

Had a great stay at Cleveland Gardens. We arrived early and the receptionist allowed us to check in early since the apartment was ready. Safe area, quick walk to Paddington station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely come back again if staying in London.

Well situated place. Quiet yet close to many site seeing places and food options. Two bedrooms were helpful for three adults to stay. The bathroom had a sewage smell, although it was well cleaned. A removable rubber pad on the sewage hole in the shower would make quite a difference.

Bayswater is just a short walk away where there is many dining options and two underground spots. Paddington Station is always not far. Kensington Gardens is within walking distance and was great to walk around and let the kids play in the amazing play ground.

It's a nice place. Sofa bed and bed was comfortable. Got everything you need. The only thing we missed was a full body mirror to look after getting dressed . Had a usb charger which was convenient since we did not have an adopter for the outlet

This is in a “posh” neighborhood in London. Highly recommend. 10 minute walk to Paddington and Hyde park. Very nice property and the staff were lovely to deal with.
