Lovely friendly but efficient welcome from staff, big room (for London), with a window that opens, fully functional aircon, and a decent shower. Only thing I’d change is newer pillows!

Property was as expected based on reviews. Our initial room was in dire need of maintenance and repair. Worked with staff who by the way were wonderful and got relocated into a new room. Again, staff were outstanding and location was ideal.

Although there was construction right outside the entrance almost that didn't really bother me. The room was not the best but for 3 days stay was acceptable the bathroom was problematic you had to wait for the water to get hot or cold more than 15 mins and the hole in the shower wasn't taking the water down they assured me they ll fix it never happened also the hairdryer on the room was overheating after 2 secs and going off they said they ll change it never did. Also the bed had a thing hanging from it which was an accident ready to happen especially for a kid in the room like me that I went with my 9 year old daughter. The cleaners were not replacing the items for coffee etc in the room I had to ask for it also I had to ask for a second hair towel since we were two people in the room.....The biggest issue though was the rudeness of some employees they were helping ofc and then you could hear them telling you off to their colleagues also the way they looked at you because you asked for help for things that should be working. That was the worst made me feel a bit unwelcomed. Nobody was saying goodmorning or goodnight when you were passing from reception which I found a bit rude and ignorant. The room itself although with problems was livable the feeling though from the staff not everybody wasn't good. Bfast was ok the staff there polite and helpful. The best was the location especially for it's price. I don't know if I would chose again but ok....

Very friendly staff and conveniently located to Hop-on buss stop, and restorant and Hyde park. Hotel under renovation and a shower cold water and TV not working. Had to be evacuated do to fire alarm. Will stay again as staff was very helpful and friendly hope fully next time construction is over and some of the shortcomings are resolved

This is a great place to stay with family. It was a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond when they held our luggage on our last day as our plane didn’t leave till a later time. Everything worked and it was very clean. Walkable distance to park for kids and underground station for travel. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Highly recommend.

Great potential let down by poor decoration

Upon arrival, we were impressed with the location ease of check-in and local facilities. However, once we got to the room, it was small dingy and the decoration left a lot to be desired. Paint was slapped onto the walls overlapping architrave, ceiling etc and seemed unfinished and the shower hose was so stiff that the shower would only sit in the holder facing the wall. The bed was very comfortable, it was decent enough for the location alone, we would stay again.

Great location

Best Western Mornington has a fantastic location—just steps from the tube station and a short walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, which makes it ideal for exploring London. The room was decent; not as spacious as U.S. hotels, but perfectly fine by city standards. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors, but overall it was a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again for the convenience alone. The only suggestion I have is I wish they would improve their internet speeds.

Do not stay here!

They pretended to give me an upgrade however it was down in the basement over looked. Noise from 6am from the cafe directly above. I got 4 hours sleep. Staff standing outside my window chatting. Deliveries going past my window. Kitchen door outside my room. More noise. I complained and they did nothing. They should’ve be able to sell these rooms and I should’ve been given my money back. Another ‘hotels.com’ special room set aside for us.
