Really friendly welcome received after our long drive to London.
The kind receptionist did everything possible to make us comfortable and gave us advice about parking our car.
We were also grateful to the flexibility given to us for a later checkout, which gave us more time to get the children ready.
All in all, this establishment are really looking to make their guests happy!

It was ok for the price we paid. Our room and bathroom was abit small for 2 people. The room was clean and when i spoke to a lady she was nice and friendly. Communacating with this hotel to ask question was rather difficult. Reception is not maned all the time. it was adequate for the 2 nights we stayed and price we paid.
Quick easy check in. Great location. Less than a minute from the tube station. 5 minutes from Golders Hill Park. 2 minutes from the High Street. Comfortable well equipped room. I used to use the holiday Inn at Brent Cross for London trips, not anymore.
I have stayed at this hotel before and it met its usual high standards of comfort,cleanliness and excellent customer service from reception staff.staying in the capacity of a covid keyworker,all covid safety measures were in place and i would highly recommend this hotel and the prices are very reasonable.Patrick.

Good value stop-over!
Internet was down and staff was very apologetic about it, but shower was hot, bed was comfy, tea making facilities were good, so nothing bad to say really.
There was absolutely no internet. It was said Internet will start working after 5 pm, still it did not work. There was no breakfast although it was said initially it was included. There was no heating. I had to request for a portable heater. There were stains on the toilet seat.
The lady at the reception was helpful to the best of her capacity but really not a good hotel experience.
I stayed in this hotel many times over the past 5 years. Since it becomes OYO, the room decoration was improved. There were all amenities in the room. The single room I got was adequate and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a bit limited. However, there are groceries and restaurants nearby. Golders Green bus and underground station is just a few minutes walk away. I can easily recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Very friendly reception on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable although a touch small as we were in one of 3 attic rooms. The only issue was the position of the radiator in the bathroom. Easily burn knees on it when sat on the toilet!!!
Unfortunately can't review breakfast as we missed it but I'll definitely be staying there again.
I stayed at this premises a few times before becoming OYO Anchor Hotel. The location is so convenient and very close to a transportation hub. The current decoration is brighter but still retains the homely welcome. The staff were courteous and polite. The room was clean and tidy. The letdown might be the breakfast that used to be plentiful. However, the current hotel offered a great price. I will definitely go back again.
