My overall stay was fine-My first complaint would be checking-I felt like they were doing me a favor by staying there-never went over what's available to me as far as amenities at the hotels-I was there for 12 days!!! I over heard about the wifi when another person while they were checking in-Only once in awhile you would be greeted when coming in or living- The windows need to be doubled glazed-you can hear people walking by on the street-If you book a single room liked I did -you might consider a larger option-too much furniture in the room-ex closet too big and you don't need a bench and a chair in the room -other then that the room was very nice and clean-Great location close to Paddington station-and close to Kensington park, palace and Hyde Park-If you like to walk you not to far from Oxford street near the Marble Arch-

Not only was the room clean, spacious (especially for London), newly renovated, and comfortable, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Every single person I talked to was friendly, polite and helpful. They even had free mince pies and mulled wine in the lobby as we stayed just before Christmas. I will never stay anywhere else when I’m in London - they had me at hello!
