The clerk is super sweet and the rooms are very clean! We were hesitant, but we’re glad we gave it a chance. Oh, btw, the chicken noodle soup was pretty good!

I have never stayed at a Super 8 before. They were very accommodating. My husband is handicapped and they changed my reservation to a room on the ground floor as there is no elevator. We were driving from Colorado where it temperature had dropped to 13 degrees. The wonderful thing was that they offered free soup from 6 to 9 pm. We ate soup and crackers and did not have to go back out in the cold. It was wonderful.

Not much left to eat when we went for breakfast. Alternate door room-card reader needs to be fixed so that door can be used for entry. Staff needs to monitor handicap parking space so non handicap people don’t park there depriving legitimate handicap people the opportunity to park there.

The room was clean. Bedding thin. The front desk didn’t give times of breakfast or give the wi-fi password. I would have had to call down or go down to get that. I can’t say the stay was bad, just a couple little details would have made it better.

Staff was super friendly and great on both interactions with them. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and safe. I’ve stayed at most every hotel in LV NM and this is by far the best, and really the only one I would stay in again.
