" The hotel property, staff, amenities, cleanliness all top notch, five star. The only thing bad I have to say is there are two hotels across from each other that are the same hotel but different so be careful if you book here. There is the Asakusa View which is a large high rise building. Then across the street there’s the Asakusa View Annex Rokku which is smaller and has a boutique feel. I thought I booked at the high rise. I have no complaints about the Annex Rokku I just thought I’d mention to anyone selecting to make sure you know they are different buildings with two separate ambiences. Doesn’t seem like you could go wrong either way though. "

"Great location near Ueno station and Ueno park! So easy to get to from Narita airport via Keisei Skyliner. Lots of shopping and restaurant options close by. Ueno Park was very lovely and a great place to decompress from the bussle of the city. The hotel was very clean. Of course the rooms are compact -- like a cruise ship cabin -- but had everything we needed. The room and fabric deodorizer was a welcome addition! The room is exactly as the picture displayed. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. We stayed in a room containing a queen bed and bunk bed. It was tight but the teens felt like they had their own space in their bunks. The spa was well-stocked with towels and beauty products. Such a great way to relax at the end of a long day walking. We will stay here again!"

"I liked this hotel very much. The room was small, but standard for this type of room in Japan. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The location was about 7 minutes from the train, in a quiet area. It was very convenient to travel to and from this location. I can't comment on the Spa area, as I didn't use it, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage before check in and after check out, which was extremely helpful because we arrived early in the morning and departed late at night. Only negative thing is the elevators can get pretty crowded at certain times. Overall very happy with my stay here and would stay again, if I have the chance to come back to Japan. "
