"The hotel itself was well maintained and updated. The staff were very friendly. Another positive was that there was a sound machine since it’s in a city that was nice. We stay at many many hotels per year and the things that were not great…the bed was way too firm, there was no hot water. It was lukewarm warm at best. They have a market and restaurant but the hours were not convenient for after an event"
