Property boasts an in ground, beautiful heated pool overlooking the golf course. Stop by your outside bar just off the 10th tee for refreshments while you’re playing. For the $150 application fee. The golf course membership is transferred into your name with the ability to play as much as you’d like for the $30 cart fee.
