Glacier House is a cozy spacious hillside A-Frame escape amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Enjoy mountain solitude, a deep soak in the outdoor hot tub, incredible views, epic hiking, and snowshoeing.

Enjoy this charming 3br mountain home getaway, featuring 1,850 sqft open concept floor plan, well appointed rustic-chic decor and furnishings, efficient wood-burning fireplace, plastered walls, hand-scraped dark hardwood flooring, large fully stocked kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, knotty alder cabinetry & doors, and an attached car garage with one available space to use.

Open floor plan offers a large living room with incredible mountain and glacier views, wood fireplace with plenty of firewood, large open kitchen and dining rooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs (one king and one double beds) and 1 primary bedroom (with king bed), shared full bath with shower/tub and laundry on main floor. Cozy loft movie room upstairs includes Sonos surround-sound system. Three flat screen TV’s with GTV / Chromecast in living room, primary bedroom, and loft. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and HBO Max available on all TV’s. Access to a private / secluded forest owned hiking trail 200ft directly behind home offers incredible views, access to old gold and silver mines. Easy to moderate hike.

Walking distance to Silver Lake with private access (incl kayak, SUP, and fishing badges) and 10 min walk to the popular St Mary's Glacier Hike public trail. Only a 15-20-min drive to quaint Idaho Springs, 30 min drive to historic Georgetown, and 35 min drive to Black Hawk Casinos. Pets allowed for extra few and agreement to pet rules.
