My coffee machine didn't work. I have a Keurig and tried a couple times. Not a big deal, finding coffee in nyc is not exactly difficult, but would have been nice to have little something in the room. Should have reported it perhaps but that's not how I spend my vacation time.

Staff working the restaurant left a bad taste for us, Overall the rooms were nice, and the shuttle to the airport was nice -- but do not plan on eating here. There really aren't many other options close by for dinner so it made things pretty incontinent.
