Stay Away!

Booked this Hotel due to a heating issue I had at my home as I wanted to ensure my family had heat overnight. Fortunately I was able to rectify the issue and did not attend my reservation. The hotel would not pick up the phone and Hotels.com would not back the refund so I would stay far away from this property! I am very unsatisfied with this situation.

One Mile from the the Centra State Medical Center/hospital, it was perfect for staying the night before surgery. Sam's, Rooks Coffee, restaraunts galore; it was perfect for eating before fasting after midnight too! And after my family member checked in for their surgery; I was able to spend a few hours in comfortable peace at thr hotel before having to check out. It couldn't be more stress-free.
