Do not stay at this hotel. It is poorly managed, dirty, and did not provide bedding or towels for us. Additionally the staff could have cared less when we inquired about it. The room was dirty and in ooor condition. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there would not be a manager on site until Monday. I asked for a phone call to discuss my stay and have not received one 2 weeks later. I have called twice in the meantime and have gotten no response.

The room was spacious. The bathroom door didnt close all the way and the floor was warped from water. The door lock was sketchy, didn't lock tightly. So when there was an insane banging for about 10 minutes right outside, we were super uncomfortable and basically didn't sleep the rest of the night. The phone button to reception was busy busy busy so I called on my cell - they answered and said they'd send security over. We should have been more suspicious since there was loud music from 2 other units when we checked in but since we couldn't hear it once inside, I figured it would be fine. The location was super handy but for the price, I expected better. There was coffee with no coffee maker. It was very nice to have a fridge and counter seat. I'd look elsewhere if staying in this area again *or* check out the room more thoroughly before unpacking.

I loved the layout of the room. Penthouse suite with two queen beds. Had a few issues though. The room odor to it like it hadn't been aired out in a while. Upon sitting on the couch I noticed the two pillows on the couch were cover in some type of animal fur I assuming it wasn't Cat hair cause my daughter is deathly allergic to it. Floor dusty and full white and black hairs. Overall my first time staying in a nice room such as this. I think if the room was cleaned better, aired out and hairless I would have given the room a ten. But I have to get it a 7.5. The woman behind the desk was very helpful great customer service

Fairly nice rooms an such. Seemed to be a problem with doors fitting properly, the bathroom oor did not close all the way, so with five people we had to be careful not to walk in on one another. other than that, everything else was up to standards.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was neat and nice, the bed comfortable. The kitchen was set up with everything needed for cooking and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, the grounds and pool well kept. The location was easy to find, peaceful, and quiet. Felt safe and slept well. Excellent breakfast provided.
