I was quite upset to find out that the hotels amenities were not available to my family on day of arrival before check in time. We had to buy beach passes to get on the beach even though we were staying at the hotel . We were not allowed to use the hotels beach chairs or umbrellas until check in time at 3 pm. Most of the day had passed and we had to set up elsewhere . The pool was not able to be used by my children on day of arrival either. Only after 3pm at check in. It was hard to make the most of our short vacation!!!

Newer property. Very clean. Front desk staff very cordial and friendly. Room was spacious with plenty of drawer and storage for clothing. Only negative is felt the shower floor was slippery. Maybe need some treads or other to help out over the tiles in the shower. Also the towels were a bit scratchy. We did enjoy our stay and will definitely be back.

The heat in the room wasn’t working. The engineer came twice to look at it and it was freezing. I called more than once and they didn’t have anyone to come and look at it. We are getting sick and will definitely need to see a doctor. They told us that they control the heat from downstairs. Very disappointed.
