The rooms are absolutely stunning however some staffs could be trained on mannerisms to guests of diversity. Overall had a beautiful stay and was mostly quiet. Thanks to the cleaning service as well

I got to the hotel and I wanted to add a night they made me make another separate reservation instead of just adding into there system and it was night after wedding I asked if I didn’t have to bother checking out and rechecking in they didn’t care I had to redo they next day when I got upstairs the keys didn’t work so I had to go all the way back down to get new ones and the room wasn’t as advertised I paid for nicer club room it was a regular room nothing special not impressed at all

Hi Benjamin, Unfortunately because you booked through a third party the hotel was not able to extend or modify your reservation in anyway. Also when you extend a room or make a new reservation, the keys have to get remade because they are set for the original check out date. I did look into your reservation and you were in the club room that you booked. When booking a club room it is the same as our standard rooms just on the club floor. If you do believe this might happen again where you would want to extend a reservation we suggest booking directly with the hotel so then the hotel staff will be able to modify the reservation for you.

My company held a two day meeting at this location. The wonderful staff was very hands on and informative from day one throughout the event. Great room and food options. Overnight accommodations very nice!

The hotel was under construction, made it difficult to get in and out. The place was very clean. The heating unit was noisy.
