Everything was satisfactory except for check in and the water in our room had been opened. There was a wedding party at the hotel and they only had one person on check in which caused a delay. I went to drink water in the room and the seal on the bottle was broken and the water was about 1/4 gone. Other than that, place was great.

They keep a mini fringe in a cabinet and it had a foul moldy odor, elevators were not working had to take the stairs 5 flights multiple times. Overall way to pricey for what was worse than holiday inn express with some makeup on it and called it a fancier name.

I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay, especially considering the $625 per night rate. While most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of consistency. A simple “Good morning” or “Welcome” would have gone a long way. Instead, I encountered staff who seemed more focused on chatting with each other than greeting guests. This lack of a warm, professional welcome was disheartening and did not meet my expectations

Check in with Sarah was quick and easy. Room was ready prior to check in time. Clean reception area-light refreshments offered. Had room on 6th floor with Club lounge access. Room was spotless and well appointed. Came with waters, toiletries and ample towels…2 plush robes also. Lounge was immaculate and had fresh fruit and cold and hot beverages available. We had dinner at Urbane…small boutique menu …service was excellent. Beds super comfortable and air conditioning excellent. Breakfast at 6:30 -eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yougurt, assorted juices and coffee/tea. Overall a definite stay.

Very nice hotel overall, everything was nice and went smoothly. 2 things I think they can improve is there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet when I got to my room and I was required to give a $200 deposit when I came that wasn’t returned to my account for 2 weeks
